Refund Policy
Operator information
This policy is issued by TinyForge ("we", "us"), operator of tinyforge.space and its browser extensions. Questions: tinyforge.space@yahoo.com.
Who handles refunds
Our products are sold through Paddle.com Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Paddle — not TinyForge — is the seller on your receipt, took the payment, and is the party that issues refunds. The refund decision and the money movement are theirs.
Because of that, the authoritative document is Paddle's Refund Policy. The summary below is for convenience and may fall out of date — where the two differ, Paddle's policy governs.
How to request a refund
Any of these works:
- Use the support link in the Paddle receipt email you got after paying.
- Go to paddle.net, look up your purchase, and choose "Request refund".
- Email us at tinyforge.space@yahoo.com from the address you paid with — we'll pass it to Paddle and back your request.
What Paddle's policy says
Paddle's default position is that transactions are non-refundable, with discretionary refunds possible within 14 days of the purchase date — considered case by case, not guaranteed. Digital goods that were delivered and immediately usable may be treated as non-refundable once delivered, except where the law says otherwise.
In practice we don't have an interest in making this difficult. If our extension didn't do what you expected, say so and we'll support the request.
Your statutory rights
Consumer law overrides the default above, and Paddle applies it. Consumers in the EU and EEA have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a digital content contract; the UK has an equivalent right. Paddle's policy also lists shorter statutory windows for several other countries — for example 7 days in South Korea, Brazil, China and Canada, and 5 days in Singapore. For the current, complete list, see Paddle's Refund Policy. Nothing on this page limits rights you have by law.
What happens to your license
Our products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel — a refund simply reverses the purchase. Once a purchase is refunded, the transaction ID from it is no longer a valid license, and we may deactivate it. If you want to buy again later, that's a new purchase with a new transaction ID.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as our products or Paddle's terms change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
